Partial Refund Conditions
- • Service partially completed but not to satisfaction
- • Additional charges not agreed upon
- • Service delayed beyond reasonable time
- • Minor issues that don't affect overall service quality
Refund Process
- 1. Contact our support team within 24 hours of service completion
- 2. Our QA team will review your case within 48 hours
- 3. If approved, refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
- 4. Refund will be credited to your original payment method or Baytko wallet

24+ Hours Notice
Cancel with 24+ hours notice and receive a full refund with no cancellation fees.
2-24 Hours Notice
Cancel with 2-24 hours notice and receive a 50% refund. Small cancellation fee applies.
Less than 2 Hours
Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice may incur full charges. Exceptions may apply for emergencies.
